1. Activation Fee:
To start using our services, a one-time activation fee of US$99 in BTC is required. This fee is a pre-paid credit that will be added to your Rental Fee Account. It's used to cover your initial weekly and monthly fees. Remember, this is a one-time fee to activate your account. After activation, ensure you have enough funds in your Rental Fee Account to cover ongoing fees.

2. 30% Rental Fee Calculation:
We calculate your rental fee based on the net profits your Angels generate through automatic trading. "Net profits" mean the cumulative profits across all uses of the software since your account was opened. Our fees are 30% of your cumulative profits. If your Angels experience a loss in a week, it will be deducted from your cumulative profits. You are charged a rental fee only on the net profits made by your trading bot on your third-party exchange account.

3. Payment Method:
All fees are payable in Bitcoin (BTC). Within your Account Area, you'll find a unique BTC address for sending the Activation fee and any subsequent top-ups, ensuring you have sufficient funds to cover your fees. As demonstrated in the example image illustrating fee calculations, consider Week 5 where total fees paid amount to $120 ($30 + $30 + $60). This exceeds the $99 activation fee, necessitating an additional payment of $21 to your rental fee account. Please use the same BTC address initially used for account activation for all such top-up payments.

4. Minimum Monthly Fee:
We have a minimum monthly fee of US$15 for each month. Here's how it works:

• If your total rental fees in a month are less than $15, you will be charged the difference to ensure a total of $15 in fees for the month.
• This applies to when you are using the software as well as not using the software. This is a minimum rental fee charge for your account and not based on the number of Angel trading bots you are using but on a per account basis.
• If you have already paid more than $15 in rental fees for the month, no additional charges will be applied. This minimum ensures that we can continuously provide you with high-quality software, service and support.
• The minimum fee charge is calculated on the 1st day of each month for the previous month.

How to Keep Your Bot Trading:
Your Angel Trading Bot will continue trading as long as there are enough credits in your Rental Fee Account. Rental fees are calculated weekly, and your account must have sufficient funds for the bot to operate. Think of it as a prepaid service; keeping your account topped up will ensure continuous trading activities.

• Auto Prophets is not responsible for any losses or profits. Your success depends on how you configure and manage your bot settings and the results the markets you choose. We can not recommend any specific settings or markets to ensure successful profits. You may use the Hall of Angels to see what past performance has worked and use this as a resource to make your decisions on what is best settings for you.
• Keep an eye on your Rental Fee Account balance and top up as needed. If there are insufficient funds, your Angel Trading Bot will stop trading.
